You need healthcare coverage to be at your best, at your job and at home. Our employees are no exception. To help them keep their focus on our mission of maximizing benefits to borrowers—and not on the rising costs of healthcare—we offer three medical plan options at minimal cost to our employees.
In fact, we pay approximately 90 percent of our medical and dental offerings and 100 percent of vision care coverage. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help employees work through any personal and/or work-related problems, confidentially and at no cost.
And we provide benefits to many of our part-time workforce -- those who regularly work 25 or more hours per week.

We even provide a benefit cash-out option for those not electing to participate in a medical or dental coverage plan.
