Employee Development

You know the drill: Start a new job and ask questions until you understand the business, the industry and your role in it. And that’s how it should be; we want you to ask as many questions as you need. But, to help newcomers learn the basics from the get-go, we enroll them in classes that provide many of the sought-after answers and explanations. We call this group of courses EdFundamentals and they provide information on

  • our business model,
  • the financial-aid industry,
  • our values (excellence, commitment, integrity and teamwork),
  • how to use an empowered approach in getting what you need to be successful.

And when we’re not facilitating training EdFundamentals sessions, we’re working on  other strategic and just-in-time solutions to meet the needs our most valuable resources—our employees.
